Companies use these programs to hire graduates and train them through structured programs often rotating through different functional areas of the company. Each program may have unique components, length of time, pre-selected rotating work assignments, optional rotating work assignments or specific, in-depth experience in one area. The goal is to recruit and develop leaders for their organization!This program is especially for 4th year, 5th year and graduate level students!
