Rochester Art Club Member Exhibition

Mary Whyte

Celebrating one of the oldest continuously active art groups in the United States, Bevier Gallery is hosting Rochester Art Club’s “Signature Member Exhibition” from June 4 to July 19. The mission of the organization, founded in 1877, is to advance the artistic growth of its professional membership and to contribute wherever possible to the cultural enrichment of the community.

The gallery is holding a talk by renowned watercolor artist Mary Whyte (pictured) on “What Watercolor Has Taught Me” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 6. A free and open-to-the-public reception is also set for 6-8 p.m. Friday, June 14, in Bevier Gallery.
