Join us for three weeks of mindfulness breaks, each Monday, 11/4, 11/11, and 11/18. On 11/4 and 11/18, join us for Mindful Hands to do puzzles, fold origami, and color. On 11/11, join us for Mindful Feet to walk the labyrinth. All events will feature tea and cookies.
