Make your own glass flower fundraiser
April showers bring April flowers with this spring-themed RIT glass program fundraiser. Students are leading one-hour classes where anyone 18 and over can make their own glass flower in the hot shop or flower pendant in the flame shop. The sessions are $50 (cash and checks accepted) and take place in Booth Hall, rooms 3633 and 3730. The classes are available from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday, April 13, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, April 14.Proceeds support students traveling to the 2020 Glass Art Society conference in Sweden.For more information and registration, please email: glassguildrit@gmail.com.
