Test of RIT Alert
RIT will conduct a test of RIT Alert, the emergency notification system, at approximately 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 23. The test message will read: "Test. This is a test of R.I.T. Alert, the Emergency Notification System. NO ACTION IS NEEDED. This is only a test.”The test will include the following communication methods:Text message and voice call to cell phonesMessage on RIT FacebookTweet from RIT University News (@RITNews)Post on www.rit.edu and emergency.rit.eduAlertus beacon activation on campus
