REU Workshop

REU’s, or Research Experiences for Undergraduates, are a great option for students interested in conducting research in a field related to their major, and most will qualify for a co-op.  REU’s are competitive, paid summer research programs for undergraduates studying STEM disciplines.  Funded by the NSF (National Science Foundation), each is associated with a specific research project, where the student can work closely with faculty and other researchers at universities around the country.  This workshop gives you information on finding an REU, how to prepare and apply, and tips for success in obtaining an REU. Interpreting Services: Unless otherwise noted, students are responsible for requesting interpreting services. To submit requests go to https://myaccess.rit.edu
